Return Period
You have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount may not be eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@carresbymaika.com within the 5-day return period. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Or you can visit our store in Beirut where you can return the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges of the items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to visit our store where you can exchange it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
